In “The 5 Resets,” Dr. Nerurkar offers a total mindset shift about stress and five bite-sized, yet actionable resets to implement into our everyday lives – powerful pillars of wisdom that bring together physiological and psychological coping skills and enable readers to cope when things get hard.

Drawing on decades of experience, Dr. Nerurkar developed a research-backed clinical approach to help her patients overcome everyday stress. Says Dr. Nerurkar, “I wrote ‘The 5 Resets’ using the same techniques I’ve used in my prior clinical practice dedicated to stress management.”
